Proximity is a social app that notifies you when your friends a close by.
A simple to use app, Proximity allows you to change your status from Available - where all your connected friends can see you when you are within a certain radius, to Busy - which shows your friends that you do not want to be disturbed, to Invisible - which renders your icon invisible on your friends map.

Proximity is also great for meeting friends at concerts as you can track them once they come within a certain radius which makes finding each other in a crowd easy.
Users can connect to their friends via their contact list or through Facebook. Once logged in users can see if any of their friends are close by and contact them via sms, email or call them - all from within Proximity.
One of the key features of Proximity is the ability to assign notification sounds to your friends so that you know who is close by.
